Biography
Angela Olszta-pianist is a graduate of Plymouth State University where she earned her B.A. in Piano Performance and Pedagogy. Ms. Olszta has performed throughout New England as a soloist, and collaborative pianist. She has also performed with singers of the Opera Festival di Roma in Italy and the Salzburg Music Festival in Austria.. She is a member of the trio, Enchante Musique, recently featured at the Nashua Public Library Bach’s Lunch Series, the Nashua CityArts Festival Art Walk, and the Nashua Holiday Stroll. In 2004, Ms. Olszta was the winner of the New Hampshire Music Teachers Association Fall Competition and in 2005 went on to represent NH at the Eastern Division Competition.
She is on faculty at the International Summer Sonatina Piano Camp in Vermont and has taught at the Piano Monster Camps in Plymouth, NH. Her teachers include Jack L’Ecuyer, Carleen Graff, George Lopez, Kathryn Southworth, Ilana Vered, Maria Clodes Jaguaribe, Claude LaBelle, Jean Barr, and Christopher Kies. Ms. Olszta is a freelance pianist for concerts, weddings, choirs, theaters and church services and also teaches students of all ages at the Nashua Community Music School and the Concord Community Music School.
